Plan the activity around the people
Allow 2–2.5 hours for the hunt, plus arrival, parking, and any meal or debrief. Discuss walking comfort and accessibility needs before choosing the route. A shorter Beginner City Hunt may be a better fit for some teams.
Keep participation appropriate
The city hunts are the main all-ages recommendation. A 21+ Pub Crawl Adventure is an alternative only when every participant is an adult who wants a nightlife activity. Do not make alcohol-focused participation the default for a workplace group.

What does the adventure pass include?
A $14.99 pass covers one team of up to five players and the SMS-guided adventure. Additional teams cost $9.99 each when added to the same purchase. Food, drinks, attraction admission, transport, and other purchases are separate.
Do we need to download an app?
No. Clues arrive by SMS on the team's phone. You need a phone that can send and receive text messages. Follow the messages to solve clues together.
Do you provide an on-site facilitator?
This is a self-guided SMS activity. Your organiser should handle the group's meeting plan, breaks, and any wider event agenda.
Is there a fixed start time?
The adventures are self-guided, so you choose when to begin. Check the current hours of any restaurants, bars, or attractions you plan to enter, and allow time for weather and breaks.
